Tapered Roller Bearings double-row TNA

While being similar to the TDO bearings, the TNA bearings have inner race narrow faces which are extended to abut and eliminate the requirement for a separate inner race spacer. These bearings have in-built clearance to provide a standard setting range and offer a solution for many floating or fixed bearing applications which require simplicity of assembly.

They have an ID size range between 25.400mm and 1200.150mm (1"-47.25") and OD size from 30.480mm to 2460mm (1.2"-96.8504"). They have a double cup and two single cones. The front faces of the cones can be extended so that they contact each other in order to control the internal bearing clearance.

Chamfers are featured in the bores at the front faces of the two single cones (SW variation) to form a lubrication groove. A backface rib design is featured (SE variation) to accommodate stamped closure or radial lip seals.
